In conversation with the leader, team members and team's stakeholders as well as with the help of a top team effectiveness survey, we start by making a diagnostic. By observing the team in action (doing real work), we identify patterns – productive and less productive. We adopt a systemic approach, as top teams operate in a broader context and create a plan to improve on the points that deserve attention.

cultural transformation & behavioral change programs
When working on cultural transformation, we introduce a framework for transformational leadership that we found resonate well with the clients we have worked with. What does it mean to be a leader of transformation? What are the levers I can use as a leader myself to drive this transformation? How do I deal with my and other’s emotions in this movement?

executive coaching
In our work with Executives, we focus on holistic, systemic coaching with a psychodynamic orientation. The approach integrates both the micro and macro focuses – individual leaders in the organizational context. By encouraging self-awareness and an understanding of the common obstacles of (working) life, we help clients to acquire a new lens through which to examine personal and organizational problems.
